(March 1, 2021) – Lincoln Property Company, announces on behalf of CIG Properties, that the Law Firm of Mantell, Prince & Reynolds, LLP. signed a lease for 2,890 sf on the first floor of 180 Mt. Airy Road in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. The move for Mantell, Prince & Reynolds was a relocation from Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, where they were officed for the past twenty years. Mantell, Prince & Reynolds was attracted to the building because of all the new common area improvements that were underway, and have since been completed, in addition to its campus like setting, along with its outstanding location off exit 26, a full four-way intersection on I-287.
