Rick is a Senior Vice President and heads the New Jersey Office, where he has been with Lincoln Property Company since November 2002 with over 41 years in commercial real estate. Rick began his career at Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services (CBRE) in 1982. Over the last 32 years, Rick worked at Lincoln Property Company/SJP Properties, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, Gale & Wentworth, and back again with Lincoln Property Company. Rick, during his career has negotiated over 750 deals, totaling 9.4 million square feet with an aggregate value in excess of $2.0 billion dollars.
Rick has represented several prestigious institutional corporate clients & owners, including UBS Realty Advisors, AIG, JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Cornerstone Realty – Mass Mutual Insurance, INVESCO, Principal Real Estate Investors, Prudential, AEW Capital, TA Associates, Cabot Partners, GECC, Delta Dental of New Jersey Inc., Chopp Holdings, Nessel, MSM Equities, & Red River.
