Background
Christine Sbarro joined Lincoln Property Company in 2015 and is a Vice President of Property Management. She has over twenty-five years of diversified professional experience in commercial real estate property management including industrial, airport, retail and office product. Her responsibilities include management of commercial office, retail and industrial space in central/southern NJ and eastern PA markets. Christine is responsible for preparing annual income and expense budgets, monthly reporting, property vendor contracts, tenant relations, site inspections for property acquisitions and sale and oversight of Property Managers and building staff. Christine is also responsible for project management and tenant improvement projects within her portfolio.
