Rob Nichols is a Property Manager at Lincoln Property Company. Rob has over twenty-six years of diversified professional experience in construction and building engineering as well as property management. Prior to working for Lincoln, Rob’s impressive career includes him working for companies including Colgate Palmolive, Western National Property Management, Trammel Crow, CBRE, Cisco Systems, BMW OF North America, Seiko, T-Mobile, BASF , L3 Technologies, Fed Exp, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Tilcon and Aetna.
He joined Lincoln in March 2017 as a Building Engineer and was promoted to Property Manager in just over a year. His primary responsibility is the oversight of multiple properties in the Northern and Central New Jersey area totaling over 700,000 sf. Rob is also responsible for preparing annual income and expense budgets, monthly reporting, property vendor contracts and overseeing activities of multiple Building Engineers and two Assistant Property Managers.
