Rob Nichols is a Property Manager at Lincoln Property Company. Rob has over twenty-five years of diversified professional experience in construction and building engineering as well as property management. His primary responsibility is the oversight of multiple properties in the Northern New Jersey area totaling over 700,000 sf. Rob is also responsible for preparing annual income and expense budgets, monthly reporting, property vendor contracts and overseeing activities of multiple Building Engineers and two Assistant Property Managers.
