Christopher J. Wittmann joined Lincoln Property Company in 2006 as a Vice President in the firm’s New York office. As Vice President, Mr. Wittmann’s areas of responsibilities include tenant representation brokerage, property acquisition and building agency leasing activities. Mr. Wittmann is also involved in the management of corporate real estate services including the development of user requirements, location selection, lease negotiations, relocation management and post-occupancy evaluation.
In 2010 Mr. Wittmann successfully completed one of Manhattan’s most innovative transactions, converting a warehouse property on Tenth Avenue in Chelsea into a 240,000 private school. Mr. Wittmann began his brokerage career in 1994 specializing in tenant and landlord brokerage in Manhattan. He worked on several important assignments in the Downtown and Midtown Manhattan markets. In 1997 he co-founded TechSpace Inc, an executive suite service firm, and directed the acquisition and development of its national rollout by leasing 200,000 square feet in seven US cities and overseeing $20 million in interior construction and FF&E for its office space.
Mr. Wittmann graduated from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY in 1992 and was captain of the school’s varsity lacrosse team. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York.
